The higher you go…..the more steps you climb :p

Why do we always want to make it to the top? What do we do when we reach and there’s a doorway to nowhere?

While head is busy in the case of the clouds, let’s get to the case of the stairs. I’m thinking all ancient people built a stairway to heaven so they can exercise. It’s a great full body workout. For my first trek ever..it was the three week Annapurna circuit trek…I climbed the stairs at home up and down 50 times with 10kilos of books in my back pack. Today people…no workout videos. In this lockdown, stair climbing is a fantastic option..to #stayhome #staysane Wear a mask, don’t touch the railings. And #dontbeavector!

#donttouch! the stinging nettles. I’ve tried nettle soup on one hungry day in the Himalayas and have been avoiding that green prickly ingredient ever since. But I found this good-looking recipe for a protein rich quinoa and nettle muffins and I think I’m ready to try nettles again.
