Sitting comfortably on the couch. No urgent anything. Chips. Work (who would’ve imagined) brings happiness. Outside I love you. Netflix I love you too. More chips. Couch potato you say? And proud of it. Staying home. Saving the human race as the fwd said.

Option – Healthy, vegetarian, plant based, low fat, vegan, (don’t know if it qualifies for paleo…didnt know what paleo is till a few days ago) for a snack…

Kadalai sundal.

Boil Ceci/Chana/Chick pea with salt. Soak overnight first. Cooks fastest in a Pressure cooker. Drain. Tempering/Chownk (isn’t that a nice word) – I tbsp oil. Add mustard, green chilli, hing, curry leaves. Toss the boiled chick peas in the tempering. Add grated coconut, coriander. Squeeze lemon.
